And the running continues

After work I went out to the conservatory at 6:30 p.m. I got early from work today, I got before 6 p.m. which is early for me. I went out to the conservatory and did 5 laps there progressing from 6:17 to 5:52. Did 7.5k total in 45:48, I need to get that average pace down, but at least I am heading the right direction.
