Consistency on the go....

Today I went out running after work, at 6:55 p.m. to the conservatory to do the same route as yesterday, today was much cooler because the sun was absent, but it was hot nonetheless. Ran with a guy for 1+ lap, but then He stopped and I completed my last 2 laps by my own. Finished the 6.5k in 38:58. One second slower than yesterday, but was very consistent. Felt good at the end!!
