Tuesday- did 7k to the mirador in the predawn(5:15 a.m.) without a watch so untimed,felt bad because I had stomach problems and the legs did not respond.
Wednesday- off
Thursday- Did 7k to the mirador in 39:37, the legs did not respond and Danilo pulled away from me early, did it in the predawn.
Friday- off, had an exam and did not have the motivation of the focus to wake up and run.
It seems that when I have a lot of things going on in my life(work, exams in college) I totally lose the focus on running and should not be that way, I have to change it and work hard but at the same time train hard as well!! Hope to get consistent again soon!
