Easy dawn in the conservatory

This morning woke up at 5:40 a.m. and was out at 6:20 a.m. by myself to the conservatory, I did 5 laps there, so 7.5k total in 44:34. The run started very slow , even almost cut it short since I was just dragging for the first 3 laps, then felt better and better and could finish strong and feeling good. Great morning for running!! Happy birthday for my father!! Have a great day all!
