First lap was 5:51, then checked the watch again in the halfway in 23:08, then checked again in the end of 8 laps, it read 45:54, feeling pretty good and fresh. Negative split by 22 seconds, although it does not matter on easy runs. After the run as I said, ran home to complete 47:54 which I guess is around 7.5k.
Honestly thought that I was going to be more tired from yesterday`s workout, but felt pretty good. It seems that the training is working!
