We started out slow , first 5k were in 32:39, but in the way back We sped up a little and finished the second 5k in 30:52 or so. 10k total in 63:31. Last few kms were in 6:01-6:05 range feeling pretty good and easy. Nice recovery run to absorb yesterday`s workout.
We did 10k today because We wont be running long this week, since We are racing on Sunday, Its a 5,570m race and for a couple of kms We are going to run in the sand, the race is in the Valencia Harbor, in the area where We do our long run. It should be fun, but We will have to throw out time goals out of the window and just race, thats what I ll do.
