Today I set my alarm for 5 in the morning to go running before classes, but I did not hear the alarm and by the time(6:20 a.m.) I woke up it was time to get ready for my classes, and I am not willing to go out running in the afternoon with all the traffic and the heat! I am looking forwar to tomorrows predawn run.
The leg is bothering me a bit, so those 2 miss runs I view it as an opportunity to really rest and give the leg a break, I am not sure if it will work.
