Today I ran at 7:15 p.m. with my brother in the Blasco park. The plan
was to do 8-9 laps incorporating 6 x m or so strides. First lap was in
5:37, then never looked at the watch till the end of the 8th lap, but
pressed the split button in the first 4 laps. In the first couple of
laps I was feeling good but was having some side stitch.
First 4
laps in 22:23, 8 laps in 43:12, incorporating the strides from laps 6-8.
Last lap was in 5:24 to complete the 9 laps (8.1k) in 48:36.
Weather was good and felt good overall!
