I was running very little for the past 5 weeks due to the strange sickness that involved a lot of caughing and the severe caughing caused muscular pain in the side like if someone hit me hard. no fever, no congestion, just caughing, I am finally better and today I could run over 30 mins in over a month. I am happy just to be able to run, I ll get back to the groove and I hope to run some good races. I need to update this blog more often, all my runs are posted on Dailymile, but I need to post that here also.
