Zapping the zero for good

No running on the weekend.

Today I decided that I needed to train hard again with focus, I have been through bad stuff over the last months, but its time to put my head up and keep moving forward.  I did 39 mins finishing in the conservatory after work, laps were 6:17,6:10,5:58,5:54,5:52, did pull ups there, I am feeling the strength coming in my arms from that exercise, did 3 in a row,I want to gradually up it to 10 in a row, I ll be very strong.  Felt good running and need to do it more consistently if I want to run in the upcoming races.
