Last time that I ran was a week ago and it was 5.5k in 34:46, then laste a whole week without running. I was back today after work and did the exact 5.5k in 35:01, very slow but at least I did something, the weekend was spent drinking a lot of beer and eating a lot of fatty food, that could be the reason that I felt so fat today during the run. In the first lap felt terrible stomachwise, then felt better but never great. I need to keep an eye in the weight I dont want to get to highs 180s anymore. I need to start training seriously again. There are a couple of good races that I want to do in October-November. Have a great night everyone!
