Easy morning run
I am back after 8 days off, was planned and not planned, it served as a recovery from my shin splints, did 5.5k to the conservatory very easy, was holding back a lot, the leg did not bother, hopefully its gone, did 31:35 and felt like 33 mins. From now on its to build a good base and only do speed work 8 weeks before an important race, more than that and I get the shin splints!! Happy Saturday and good luck to those who are racing!
