This morning woke before 7 a.m., I went out to the mirador with my father and brother to do 8k, my brother was doing 10 x hill repeats, He has a corporate event that He expects to win. My father and I did 5.2k , then waited form him to finish the repeats and encouraged him, then when He was done We ran home to complete my 8k. I wan watchless since He was using my watch, I felt weak at the beginning, then kind of loosened it up. A good week of training, I ll keep like this, I did not eat fried food this week, so I am heading the right direction with one of my goals. 8k to cap the week.
