Back on the train

Friday and Saturday off due to lazyness and to avoid running in that strong sun and heat, today enough was enough and was up at 7:00 a.m. woke up right away and went out to the mirador with my father. I ran without a watch and I did 8k relaxed, the pace was easy but the effort was not that easy due to the strong heat, anyway, I am happy to have run today , tomorrow I hope to zap the zero early!
