Back to the roads!
After 1 week off due to a tough decision to rest so that my shin splits would get better. Today I did 5.5k in 30:42. I left the watch on time of day, started the Chrono then swtched to time of day, It would be a great idea to do so that I dont track splits during normal runs. The leg felt 100% when I started, after 1 mile of running it started to bother me till the end, did not hurt me like before but I feel it. But I wont rest more, running is my only hobby and one of my priotities in my life so I ll be careful but still running, felt like crap in the last 6-8 mins. Too hot!
