Yesterday I took the day off!!
This morning I went out around 9:15 a.m. before my classes, was rushed for time but I did what I have planned anyway, did 5.5k to the conservatory with the watch on time of day, ran easy and finished the 5.5k in 32:21, in the last mile I threw a couple of surges to loosen up the legs, finishing the run at a very good pace. Leg bothered me decent today, much less than 2 days ago!
Tomorrow I have my 1st race of the year, its a 10k, not in my best condition, because I have been battling an injury for a month now, and I have cut my training less than a half! should be interesting
