Today I headed out to the conservatory at 6:45 p.m. earlier than most of the time I run after work, got to the conservatory in 7:37 at a good clip, then did 6 laps in 6:07,6:03,6:09,5:48,5:52,5:33. In the last lap I increased a bit the pace and the effort. Felt heavy in the legs today but felt good overall. Finished there the 45 mins.
In the last 17 days or so I have only drank coke once and I am feeling pretty good, not feeling bloated and feeling thiner during runs.
