Easy Run

Hoy me levante a las 5:30 a .m. Hoy me desperto la alarma porque me acoste alguito tarde y estaba como que si me levantaba y no me levantaba, finalmente me levante y como siempre no me arrepiento de haberlo hecho.

A las 5:50 a .m., sali hacia el conservatorio y hoy si le di 4 vueltas y vine para mi casa para un total de 6.5k en 34:20. En realidad crei que lo habia hecho mas rapido pero cuando empezo el run me sentia bastante sluggish,pero good run. Me senti bastante bien en la segunda mitad. El weather estaba decente, al menos hacia un fresquito.

I need to keep the runs consistent and try to get at least 4 miles. Another day of running in the bag. there is no other choice than running in the morning when you work and go to college.
