easy run

Hoy me levante a las 5:30a.m., and got up without wonder or thinking, that works, a las 6:00a.m., me fui a correr , hoy hice otra vez 10k hacia el mirador , the first 3k was in 18:01, the next 2 kms in10:59(5:34,5:25), at 7k i had 39:55, and the last 3k i commited to do it in 15 mins or less and pushed a bit, did 14:42 for the last 3k with a total of 54:37(29:00,25:37) for the 10K. Felt good , and the end felt great, its great the feeling when you are done even when the day really starts, i ll try to keep with the morning running habit. The weather was great.
