easy run with a friend (afternoon)

hoy corri por la tarde como a las 5:30p.m., sali a hacer 4 vueltas al conservatorio, pero cuando llegue alla, me encontre a un amigo mio llamado jonathan y dimos 6 vueltas conversando , muy entretenido run, then i came home , did about 8.5k total, untimed. I ran without the watch , but according to jonathan the pace was 7:30 per lap, no problem, i am running hard tomorrow early morning. The weather was great. in the way home(last 1.2k i thew about 4 strides).
