Nice run

Today I went out for my run a bit late, around 10;10 a.m., was not quiet motivated, but went out anyway, did 5 laps to the conservatory at a good clip, did accelerate at the end, so did 7.51k in 40:50. Felt decent but the breathing was a bit labored at the end.

7.5k total, 40:50.

    december 24th a 5k , but I am not even close to 100 percent, I am just back to running consistently again,and will see if I can get back to sub 22 mins shape, hopefully I can break my PR next year which is 20.32!! thanks Timothy
