Dawn run

yesterday was off. This morning was up at 5:45 a.m. very sleepy but I did not second thought it and went out with my brother to the conservatory at 6:30 .m., We did 6 laps there, with 3 laps in, He gapped by around 30 meters and I caught in going out the conservatory, then I outkicked him in the last 200s, I did 50:29 for 8.5k so the pace was slow at the beginning. Of course He did not sprint with me, He would hace crushed me if He would lol. Good run, getting back at the predawn wagon.
