easy run

Ayer lo tome de descanso.

Hoy me fui a correr a las 11:35a.m., me fui hacia el conservatorio sin reloj, le di 6 vueltas y vine para mi casa so i did 8.52k total. Felt pretty good , the pace was good, the last 100m were at 95% max speed. The weather was hot but sometimes was cool with the wind. Good run. Felt pretty good at the end.
