This morning I woke up at 5:20 a.m. and was out by myself at 5:40 a.m., I was very sore, hurt all my leg muscles, as always after the races. Today I did 11k starting at an easy pace, but looked at the watch with 300s to go and was surprised, was running my normal pace and I felt almost like walking the entire way, did a stride at the end but I was sore as hell, finished the 11k in 63:04, felt good but SORE!. Today I used my new balance pairs and threw away the saucony, too spent. The injury did not bother today, it seems that the race helped heal the leg pain!
