Catching up

Miercoles y Jueves off, my girlfriend was visiting me.

Viernes, my girlfriend visited me but i went for my run anyway while she was sleeping. Como a las 5:30 p.m., Sali con Danilo hacia el conservatorio y le di 4 vueltas y vine para mi casa sin reloj. Pero antes de salir del conservatorio le pregunte el tiempo a Danilo y teniamos 30:29 so i did around 36:Xx , not that bad , but not that good. I didnot feel very good my form was bad and my breathing as labored as well. However in the last 150m i sprinted (or at least finished hard). 6.5k, untimed.
