Easy slow run with Danilo

Hoy como a las 5:15 p.m., me fui con Danilo hacia el conservatorio y le di 6 vueltas, pero esta vez termine alla, luego de las 6 vueltas que tenia 7.3k y un tiempo de 43:20 complete los 45 mins, so i did around 7.6k. El paso fue bastante lento, de hecho a lo primero queriarme irme a mi paso de 5:20 but then i quiet the mind and could go on at that pace. we were clicking barely sub 6 mins laps, but in the last 3-4 mins i sped up to around 5 min / km.

All in all , felt pretty good and the weather was good also. Today corri con el reloj de mi papa para track my time. It is nice to get the miles in. 7.6k in 45 mins.
