Tuesday decided to rest, because I had 4 days in a row of running, not much, but I have to take it slow, Wednesday I have a groin problem so I had to take the day off as well, that means that I need to run the remaining days of the week so I can make 5 times per week of running.
Today I headed out at 6:00 p.m. to the conservatory in 7:25, I did not feel that well when I got there, but did 6 laps anyway in 5:59,6:01,6:03,5:46,5:37,5:59, The splits were all over the place after the 3rd lap, but I was feeling a strong cramp and slowed down some, completed the 45 mins of running. Felt happy to have completed my run. Around 7.5k total.
