Today I had to run earlier than usual in the evening, because I am going out at 7:00 p.m. or so, so at 5:30 p.m. I went out to the conservatory and did 4 laps and back home. Today I headed out without a watch and just ran easy.
Went out easy and the pace just came to me naturally, I felt better and better as the run went on and in the blink of an eye the 4 laps were over. I honestly wanted to run more, maybe I ll headed earlier tomorrow so that I can get in more miles, thus burn more calories.
6.5k without a watch and felt great!!
