Yesterday I got lazy and did not run, my bad.
I spotted a race on September 6th , I want to do that 5k so will ramp my training a bit while staying healthy.
Today I went to the conservatory at 6:30 p.m. in 7:33, then did 5 laps in 6:05,6:01,5:55,5:53, then increased effort for the second half of last lap to finish in 5:27, then completed 38:30. Felt really smooth and good today. After that did some pull ups or at least I tried, I cant do 2 complete pull ups just yet, but at least I am trying, which is better than not trying at all.
6.5k total in 38:30.
