Birthday run

This morning had to do a bunch of errands, so went out for my run at 11:45 a.m. with my brother to the conservatory, Today is my( our birthday), I am a twin and he is on daily mile (Dan), and it was no way I was going to miss a run on my birthday ,running is such a gift and in an important day like today, I could not miss it, We went out at an easy pace talking and chatting the whole way, I felt great given the humidity and heat, Felt very strong and very good to have the company!!
