Today I got from work and went out straight away to the conservatory at 7 p.m. , did 6 laps there and finished there, ran some more to complete what I think is 7.5k.
The pace was easy again without a watch. I felt good, but when I started running again after helping a little girl when She fell off the bike, I lost the rythm and felt somewhat tired.
Anyway, felt good and strong and I think I am ready for some 2 min repeats tomorrow, I need to push those since the last couple of days have been pretty easy to recover from Sunday and to be ready for tomorrow.
