This morning woke up extra early since my brother had classes today, We woke up at 4:40 a.m., and we were off running at 5:00 a.m., I think that this is the earliest I have gone out for a run, did 10k to the mirador, first 5k were very very easy at 30:30 or so, in the first 250s of the run We had to stop cold because there were 2 doggies barking, so We walked around 30m ,then started running again. However, the important part for me was the second half where I wanted to sped things up to around 5:05-5:10 per km. In the second half I accelerated and km 5-6 came in 5:24, a bit slow, but i knew that it was coming down, since I was feeling pretty good and was getting a nice rythm, then the 4 following kms came in 19:57, did the final 5k in 25:21, finishing the 10k in the 55:50s. To be honest, I felt much better and much stronger in the faster part, felt great, nothing compared to yesterday!! Predawn running rocks( once you start running :D).
